Teacher training for NEP / NCF

Skills for school teachers on NCF [New curriculum framework] 2023

Coyolia presents a comprehensive approach to help school managements in harnessing the changes, as

sought in NEP 2020, New Curriculum Framework 2023. 

 

We have executed a 20-hour training program that was able to address these challenges in a CBSE school in Hyderabad in Dec 2024 to Feb 2025. 

 

  • Training needs of primary school teachers in harnessing experiential methods 

  • Shape the abilities of experienced primary school teachers and motivate them to move to higher order skills. 

  • Multi-sensorial approach of using art, music, other languages, math, songs, nature, sports into teaching. 

  • Develop a buddy system for primary school teachers to lean on and learn from teamwork.

  • Cross utilization of open spaces/labs/art, teamwork, 

  • Primary school teachers should be able to develop new creative lesson plans and not to re-hash old ideas.

  • Better objection handling in PTM sessions and communication of child progress/needs to parents.

 

We are not a smart school infra provider. We are the team that can help adopt smart boards/devices.

Skill Development

Our skill development program for Freshers has been divided into programs for urban youth and rural youth.

For the urban youth, the training is focussed on core technology skills such as Cloud, IoT and data sciences. Training also includes tech-enabled retail and BFSI. 

​

For the rural youth, the training modules are focussed on developing vocational skills such as HVAC, electrical work, plumbing work and PLC.

Aniruddha Deswandikar is a seasoned Technologist with over 31 year of experience across startups, consulting, Netflix and Microsoft. He spent 13 years as a developer before starting his journey as an Architect at Microsoft. At Microsoft he spent 18 years at Microsoft across multiple roles; Architect, Principal  Architect and Director of Microsoft Technology Center at Bangalore. He started his Architecture journey as an Apps and Infra architect and in last  five years expanded into Data and AI. For the last 3 years at Microsoft he helped large multinational companies like AB-InBev, UCB Pharma and others to migrate their Central Analytical Platforms to a Data Mesh architecture. This experience inspired him to a write a book titled "Engineering Data Mesh on Azure Cloud"
